We make reasonable efforts to accurately present the dimensions, specifications, materials, textures, and appearance of our brass home décor, collectible art pieces, and jewelry.
Because some of our products involve handcrafted production, hand polishing, and the natural characteristics of brass, minor variations in surface texture, natural oxidation, patina, color, or dimensions may occur. Such variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted items and natural materials and do not, by themselves, constitute product defects.

Order Fulfillment & No Undisclosed Additional Charges

· Returns & Refunds Policy: A 30-calendar-day return request window, subject to the eligibility requirements, exceptions, and procedures stated in that policy. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
